On 8th May 2020 West Adderbury celebrated the 75th Anniversary of Victory in Europe (VE) Day, which marked the end of WW2 in Europe.

Each street in West Adderbury celebrated in its own way – with bunting, flags and even (hopefully socially distanced) tea parties! The strains of Vera Lynn singing “We’ll Meet Again” and Glenn Miller’s “In The Mood” could be heard from Norris Close to New Road.
